DyeStat XC Region Review MW

Summary of Midwest Top Ten, Week Ending Oct. 13, 2007

By Jeff Hollobaugh, Dyestat MW Regional Editor

Boys - Girls

Cool weather finally descended on the area and performances sped up drastically. In Wisconsin and Illinois, most teams contested their conference championships.  The top Ohio teams took an off-week to prepare for their districts.  In Indiana, the series of meets leading to the state finals has already passed through the first two levels, sectionals and regionals.  Meanwhile, Michigan, still two weeks away from its regionals, finished off its last big weekend for invitationals and began to ready itself for conference championships.
