  • Damascus sr Wil Zahorodny improved his US#1 500 with a 1:04.71 in 3A
  • Eleanor Roosevelt jr Doris Anyanwu ripped a US#2 39.34 300 in 4A, fastest on a flat track, and beat Wootton fr Olivia Ekpone's US#4 39.49
  • Eleanor Roosevelt sr Tasha Stanley, already US#2 in the 500 at 1:12.81, ran the best flat track time of the year with 1:13.62 in 4A
  • Westlake sr Christina Manning tore up the track to the tune of a US#4 7.98 55H title in 3A, and was also 2nd in the flat 55 in 7.11
  • Westlake's US#1 (at the time) 4x200 came close to its US-leading mark with a 1:28.99 in 3A
  • Already US#6, Thomas Johnson jr Emily Vannoy hurled the shot 45-09.25 for the easy 4A win.

  • Montgomery sr Brendan Etzel ran to victory in the 300 at 34.88
  • Quince Orchard sr Neal Darmody swept the 1600 (4:22.74) and 3200 (9:34.45).
  • A strong 800 saw Walter Johnson sr Chris Moen beat Roosevelt sr Daniel Edmund, 1:56.77-1:57.31
  • Wise sr Ernest Cooper and Montgomery sr Tyler Jackson both earned 7.57s in the 55H, but Cooper got the win

  • Long Reach jr Funmi Alabi zipped a 7.00 55 in a race with 4 under 7:20
  • Westlake runners took two tough wins over Meade jr Justin Murdock, with jr Devon Smith zipping to a 6.39-6.41 win, then sr Kenard Harris outracing him at 300, 34.58-34.84
  • Westlake sr Danielle Brock zipped to a 39.79 300
  • Mergenthaler sr Kitra Stewart ran away with the 500 title in 1:16.92
  • Howard sr Joey Thompson blitzed the 1600 field with his 4:21.35, winning by 10 seconds
  • Paint Branch jr Vanessa Jules high jumped 5-6, while Damascus sr Ryan Mullsteff took the boys title with 6-6.
2A
  • Calvert sr Aunye Boone raced to a meet record 40.08 300, winning by a big 1.46, and took the 500 in 1:16.65
  • Walkersville jr Jon Hill outjumped N Point jr Tristan Benton, 6-8 to 6-6 in the HJ
  • River Hill jr Katie Harman won the 1600 and 3200 in 5:18.83/11:43.56
  • Northwood sr Derrick Powell doubled up the 300 (35.99) and 500 (1:06.67).
1A
  • Digital Harbor athletes swept both the boys and girls 55s and 300s with doubles - junior Anthony Drumgoole in 6.43/35.39, and Alyssa McClure with 7.23/41.01
  • RF Lewis sr Tyshia Oliver easily won the 500 (1:16.94), 800 (2:26.88), and was 2nd to McClure in the 300
  • Western Tech won both 4x200s by huge margins, the boys by 4+ seconds in 1:32.60, and the girls by 3+ seconds in a meet record 1:45.72
