| 4:55 mile by Caitlin Lane; US#1 SMRs LaSalle RI girls, Merrimack NH boys
Highlights- Caitlin Lane (Greenwich NY), with her second strong mile win of the season, led 5 girls under five minutes with her 4:55.25 win over Jillian King (Scotia-Glenville) in 4:56.30
- A pair of US leaders in the SMR events, with the LaSalle RI girls, anchored by Jeanne Mack, running to US#1 4:12.01, and the Merrimack NH boys running 3:39.08, nearly three seconds ahead of runner-up Colonie NY.
- Steve Crouse (Colonie NY sr), East Coast leaper du jour this season, continued a strong of victories with wins in the long jump (21-11.50) and the triple jump (47-07.25).
- Shenendehowa NY sweeps boys (10:35.41) and girls (12:26.65) DMRs
- Holy Names sr Jordan White came within a tenth of a second of the meet record in the 300m dash, with her 40.16 clocking
- Academy of the Holy Names girls took down the 4x800 meet record with their US-ranking 9:23.34 victory
- IAAF World Youth Games veteran, Becky O'Brien (Greely ME sr), continued to build on that summer momentum with her 46-00.75 win in the shot put
- Olivier Bernard (Montmorency sr) lopped more than a second off the meet record in the 1000m, crossing the line in 2:34.40.
- Westerly RI senior Andrew Springer outdueled RJ Sniffen (Shaker NY) for the mile title, 4:21.87 to 4:24.21
- Colonie NY came within a few tenths of the meet record in the boys 4x200, recording a 1:34.67 to fall just short of the 2007 mark of 1:34.01
- Brunswick ME vaulter David Slovenski cleared 16-0 for a new meet record.
