Team Champs:
  • Division 1 - Burlington boys 81 over South Burlington 66; Essex girls 145 over St. Johnsbury Academy 97
  • Division 2 - Harwood Union boys 155 over Lyndon Institute 85; Fair Haven girls 137 over Rice Memorial 94
  • Division 3 - Thetford Academy boys 117 over Lake Region 73; Peoples Academy girls 114 over Burr and Burton 106
Division 1 Highlights
  • Sara Kikut (Burlington so) took first in the 100m dash in 12.61 (wind 1.9), the 200m dash (26.14 wind .3) and ran on Burlington's winning 4x100m relay team 
  • Junior Kelsie Bailey (Spaulding) won the 400m dash in a time of 57.93  
  • Distance diva Hannah Rowe (St. Johnsbury jr) left no question regarding her dominance as she claimed the triple; 800m (2:21.46, 1500m (4:51.30) and 3000m (10:25.95), plus a relay win in the 4x800 (9:52.60)              
  • Essex junior Katie Polakowski took the hurdle double with her 15.46 in the 100m hurdles and 46.60 in the 300s; She also was the only junior on the 4x100m relay team that finished second (51.27)
  • Kevin Warner (Colchester sr) finished first in the 100m dash in 11.10, as well as the 200m dash (22.34 wind 1.5)  
  • Adron Pitmon (Mt. Mansfield sr) rocked the 800 in a new state record time of 1:54.80, he won the 1500m in 4:08.05 and 9:14 in the 3k
  • Burlington senior Kevin Chu took gold in both the 110 hurdles (15.09) and 300m hurdles (40.18)               
Division 2 Highlights
  • Harwood senior Zach Pfister won a set of hurdle titles with a 15.58 finish in the 110m hurdles and a 40.81 in the 300m hurdles           
  • Britanny Pfaff (Rice Memorial jr) took first place in the 100m hurdles (16.16), the 200m dash (27.05) and the 400m dash (1:00.74)
  • Erin Fontneau (Rice Memorial sr) won the 200m (23.95) and 400m dash (52.78)          
  • Fair Haven junior Shannon Park took first in the 800m run in 2:25.81 and won the triple jump with a mark of 34-04.50
    Eamon Welter (Harwood sr) took top honors in the 800m run with his 1:59.44
  • Bellows Falls senior Alisa Dupuis claimed gold in the 300m hurdle race with a finish time of 47.11       
  • Jay Atherton (Milton sr) won both the long jump (20-02.00) and pole vault (13-00.00) competitions          
  • Luke Hadden (U-32 sr)  threw the discus 150-00 for the win and the javelin a new state meet record distance of 193-03
Division 3 Highlights
  • Roselie Philip (South Royalton so) won the 300m hurdle race in a time of 47.26 and the 100m hurdles in a new meet record time of 15.35
  • Lake Region junior Hannah Kinsey finished the 100m dash in a time of 12.77 and the 200m dash in 26.41 for first place finishes 
    Burr and Burton junior Nancy Seem claimed titles in the 1500m run (5:28.35) and 3000m run (12:31.81)             
    Girls 4x400 Meter Relay
  • Peoples Academy girls won big points with relay wins in the 4x400 (4:33.26) and 4x800 (10:55.38), helping them earn the team title
  • Twin Valley junior Jared Cipriano ran a  2:09.15 800m and 4:27.24 for the double 
  • Lake Region junior Richie Hackett won the 110 hurdles in 16.95 and took first in the triple jump competition with a mark of 41-04.00 
  • Thrower Maria Stern (Springfield so) threw 32-09.50 SP and 98-07 DT for her two golds
  • New meet record high jump for Springfield sophomore Michael Planka for his 6-02.00 clearance
